It has never been more important for children to be physically active for the recommended average of 60 minutes each day.

The Winter Games inspires children to move through play whilst developing key skills in four major areas: physical fitness, motor coordination, cognitive functions and creativity and life skills.
It also helps children to learn about how to lead a balanced lifestyle combining positive eating habits with an understanding of the benefits of physical activity through play. It is approved by the British Nutrition Foundation.
