Wellbeing and Mindfulness
There are lots of fun and exciting activities that you can do to help you relax and unwind.
You could wrap up warm and go for a walk locally to explore nature with your adult;
Can you find any minibeasts and wildlife?
Can you build a den in the woods?
Maybe you could collect some natural materials such as leaves, sticks and pebbles and do some craft activities like a collage or stone painting.
You could have a go at some mindfulness colouring and activity sheets, yoga poses and exercises, reading story books and baking, the list is endless!
