• We know all our children and their families well. Children love coming to school. Through strong relationships and regular dialogue (Respect, Safe, Kind) we personalise learning for every child so they that make the best progress possible (The best start in life, high expectations)
• All children feel safe and are happy in their individual identity. They love learning; they talk about their own learning; how they manage the challenges it brings and how they celebrate success. They have a strong belief that they are able to achieve in life. (High expectations, Safe and Ready)
• All children leave Manor Park with skills for life - phonics, handwriting, spelling, reading, number bonds, multiplication, problem solving and ICT skills. (The best start in life, high expectations)

  We have Star Assembly once a week, where wristbands are awarded to the Stars of the week.  The wristbands encompass our values and celebrate characteristics of learning.  Wristbands include:
